Story about An-Noor Eye Hospital

An-Noor Eye Hospital is a NABH accredited speciality eye hospital with an objective of making eye care available, accessible and affordable to all the strata of the society. Founded by Dr. Khaleel Ahmed in 2009 at Egmore, Chennai at a very small scale, the hospital slowly progressed and extended its facilities and started developing. In 2014 the Eye Hospital initiated a bigger set-up in Vepery which is situated in the heart of the city of Chennai. The hospital now has many experienced doctors and support staff and has an envious turn out of walk-in patients regularly across the world

The hospital also has a satellite branch at Triplicane which was opened in 2019. At present we have all the state of the art facilities and equipment in our main centre at Vepery and we have successfully treated and operated almost 60,000 patients. With all the facilities available under one roof it is very convenient for patients to get all their treatment at one place. It is considered one of the best eye clinics in Chennai presently.

The hospital has a charity wing in the name of An-Noor Welfare Trust which organizes eye camps for general public, schools. Corporates etc. Special camps for Glaucoma, retinopathy, cataract camps are also organized regularly for the purpose of charity.
